Terms and Conditions
Effective date: June 2026.
This website (the "Site") is an independent resource covering Tower Rush, the tower-climbing crash-format game developed by Galaxsys, and the various casinos where it's available to play. These Terms govern your use of the Site in full. Using it in any way means you're accepting them; if any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using the Site.
To be clear from the start: this isn't a casino, and we don't operate Tower Rush ourselves. We don't take bets, hold anyone's money, or manage player accounts. All actual gameplay – demo or real money – happens entirely on independently licensed platforms that have integrated the game under their own agreements with Galaxsys.

// Who Can Use This Site
Access to this Site, and especially any decision to follow a link here and play Tower Rush for real money, is intended only for users who meet every one of these conditions:
- You’re at least 18, or older if that’s the minimum gambling age where you live.
- Accessing gambling content and registering with an online casino is lawful for you, given your location.
- You’re not subject to any legal restriction or self-exclusion order that would prevent you from gambling.
We don’t independently verify your age or location at this level; that’s on you, and separately on whichever casino platform you eventually register with. If we have reason to think someone doesn’t meet these conditions, we may restrict their access without advance notice.
// What This Site Actually Does
We publish reviews, guides, and plain explanations of Tower Rush – how the tower-climbing structure works, what the Frozen Floor, Temple Floor, and Triple Build bonus mechanics do, what the published RTP means, and how the fully manual cashout system functions – alongside comparisons of casinos offering the game. We explicitly don’t:
- host or have any technical control over Tower Rush itself;
- process any deposit, withdrawal, or wager;
- create or manage player accounts on any casino;
- promise that Tower Rush behaves identically on every platform that offers it.
Galaxsys develops and supplies Tower Rush; individual casino operators integrate it under their own separate licensing arrangements with the developer. Those operators – not this Site – are responsible for the actual gaming experience and any money involved.
// How This Site Makes Money
We’re funded through affiliate commissions paid by casino operators when someone we refer registers and makes a qualifying deposit. That’s what keeps this content free to read.
The size of any commission never decides which casinos we feature. We apply the same criteria to everyone – valid licensing, clearly stated bonus terms, and responsible gambling tools that are actually usable, not just present somewhere in the fine print. A platform that doesn’t clear that bar isn’t listed here, regardless of what it pays us. The full breakdown is in our separate Affiliate Disclosure.
// Who Owns What
The written content on this Site – our analysis, explanations, comparison material, and overall presentation – belongs to the Site operator or is used under license, and is protected by copyright law. Feel free to read it for your own use. Republishing, scraping, or commercially redistributing it without our written permission isn’t allowed.
“Tower Rush” and “Galaxsys” belong to their own rights holders. We mention them here purely to discuss the game accurately, and nothing on this Site implies that Galaxsys endorses or is affiliated with this Site in any way. Game artwork, names, and branded elements remain Galaxsys’s property, referenced under standard fair-use principles that apply to independent commentary.
// How Accurate Is What We Publish
We work hard to keep our coverage of Tower Rush – its RTP, generally cited at around 96.12% to 97%, its bonus floor mechanics, and its typical €0.10 to €100 bet range – accurate and current. That said, Galaxsys can update the game over time, and individual casinos may configure their own bet limits or availability differently. We can’t promise that every detail here matches exactly what you’ll see on a given platform at a given moment.
Any RTP figure we cite reflects a long-run statistical average as published by the developer, not a forecast for your next session, and nothing on this Site should be read as gambling or financial advice. We’re not liable for decisions made based on information that was correct when published but has since changed, or that doesn’t match a specific platform’s configuration.
// No Auto-Cashout – Worth Understanding
Tower Rush has no automated cashout feature of any kind. Every decision to bank winnings at a given floor of the tower is made manually, in real time, with nothing available to lock in a target outcome ahead of a climb. The full weight of timing sits with the player throughout each round.
We describe this consistently across the Site so that, before anyone deposits a cent, they understand how much more hands-on attention this requires compared to crash-format games that do offer automated exit tools.
// Links to Other Platforms
This Site links to independently operated casinos where Tower Rush is available. We don’t control, and aren’t responsible for, their content, security practices, or how they treat customers. A link appearing here isn’t a blanket guarantee of quality or any particular outcome.
Before registering anywhere, check that platform’s own terms and license independently. We may add, remove, or change links at any time without advance notice.
Demo Play and Real-Money Play
Tower Rush is typically available in both a free demo mode and a real-money mode on the casinos that offer it. Demo mode uses virtual credits and carries no financial risk, which makes it a sensible way to get familiar with the tower-climbing structure, the bonus floors, and manual cashout timing before any real money is involved. Real-money mode uses the same underlying game logic, but outcomes affect an actual account balance and are subject to the rules of whichever licensed casino you are playing on.
We encourage anyone new to Tower Rush to spend meaningful time in demo mode first, specifically to build a feel for how the floors and bonus mechanics behave, given that there is no automated cashout to rely on once real money is at stake.
// No Warranties Offered
Everything on this Site is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise the Site will always work without interruption, that every piece of content is free of error, or that any linked casino will keep operating as described indefinitely. Where local law doesn’t allow us to exclude certain warranties, those exclusions apply only as far as legally permitted.
// Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither the Site operator nor anyone working on its behalf is liable for losses tied to your use of this Site, reliance on content published here, or any dispute, loss, or technical issue affecting Tower Rush on a platform we don’t control. Where mandatory law restricts how far liability can be limited, ours is capped at the minimum the law requires.
// A Word on Responsible Gambling
Because Tower Rush requires fully manual cashout decisions, and its bonus floor structure can stretch out the tension of a climb, staying disciplined about sessions matters more here than in games with automated exit options. We’d encourage anyone playing to set deposit, loss, and time limits before starting, using whatever tools their chosen casino provides, and to treat the game purely as entertainment.

Breaching any of this may get your access suspended without further notice.
// Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By continuing to use the Site, you’re accepting the practices described there.

// The Whole Picture
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Responsible Gambling page, makes up the full understanding between you and the Site operator about your use of the Site, replacing any earlier discussion on the subject.
