There are two streams: what you tell us directly, and what gets logged automatically.

What you tell us. Filling in a contact form or subscribing to updates means sharing your name, email, and whatever message you send.

What gets logged automatically. Standard web technology captures your IP address and rough location, browser and device details, which pages you read and for how long, where you came from, and the timestamp of your visit.

• Whether you are on desktop, tablet, or phone.
• Which Tower Rush guides and casino pages you read, how long you spent, and the order you visited them in.
• Where you came from – a search engine, another site, or a direct link.

None of this identifies you by name on its own, but combined with other signals it can sometimes qualify as personal data under applicable law, and we handle it carefully either way.

• Working out which Tower Rush content and casino comparisons actually help readers, so we can improve them. (Legitimate interest.)
• Replying to messages you send us. (Necessary to fulfill your request.)

We don’t sell your data. It’s shared only in these specific cases:

Analytics data is generally kept up to 26 months. Contact submissions are kept while your inquiry is open, then deleted unless we’re required to retain them longer. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Affiliate referral data is kept only long enough to verify a commission, usually under 90 days. Once it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on your location, you may be entitled to access the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, request deletion where there is no longer a good reason to keep it, restrict how it is used in certain situations, receive a portable copy of it, and object to or withdraw consent for certain types of processing.

Reach out through the contact form, naming which right you would like to exercise; expect a response within 30 days after we verify your identity. There is typically no charge for this. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also escalate to your national supervisory authority – the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting internal access to personal data and handling contact form submissions securely. No internet transmission is ever completely risk-free, and we can’t promise absolute security for anything sent to us electronically, but once data reaches us we apply sensible safeguards. If you ever suspect your data with us has been compromised, please tell us right away via the contact form.

We may update this Policy periodically and will publish the new version here with a fresh date. Continuing to use the Site after an update means accepting the revised terms.
