The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 is one of the most luxurious SUVs on the planet and Mansory was eager to make it stand out even more.

Mansory has developed a body kit made from lightweight carbon fiber. This body kit is restrained by Mansory standards and includes a tweaked front bumper with a striking splitter, widened fender flares, unique wing mirrors, and a revised rear apron complete with a diffuser, four tailpipes, a third brake light, and a rooftop spoiler.

Mansory has also fitted new LED daytime running lights and gives its customers the option of having the front grille darkened or finished in carbon fiber. A chrome bull bar is also available, should you want one. Forged wheels measuring 24×10-inches at all four corners have also been fitted.

Powering the standard Maybach GLS 600 is a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 pumping out 550 hp and 538 lb-ft (729 Nm) of torque. Thanks to a pair of new turbochargers, a tweaked ECU, and a bespoke exhaust system with high-performance catalytic converters, Mansory has managed to extract 820 hp and 723 lb-ft (980 Nm) of torque. This helps the SUV hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.4 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph).

Then there’s the interior. While one could make the argument that the cabin of the GLS 600 is just about perfect, Mansory says it has reupholstered the cabin in new leather while also fitting a new leather and carbon fiber steering wheel, various carbon inlays, and leather inserts with 3D embossing in the seats and doors. Curiously, the tuner hasn’t released any photos of the SUV’s updated interior.
