Committed to: Illinois 247Sports Composite: 3-star | 0.8593 | No. 718 Overall | No. 51 IOL Recruiting summary: A 6-foot-3, 270-pound interior offensive line out of St. Francis High School in Wheaton, Ill., McMillen committed to the Fighting Illini over offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Duke, Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Penn State, Purdue, Syracuse, TCU and Texas Tech, among others. Committed to: Iowa 247Sports Composite: 3-star | 0.8539 | No. 797 Overall | No. 71 ATH Recruiting summary: A 6-foot-1, 200-pound athlete out of Harlan Community High School in Harlan, Iowa, Hall committed to the Hawkeyes over fellow finalist Minnesota. Committed to: Oregon 247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9305 | No. 164 Overall | No. 24 WR Recruiting summary: A 6-foot-3.5, 181-pound wide receiver out of Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas, Cozart flipped his commitment to the Ducks from Oklahoma. He had been committed to the Sooners since Feb. 4. He holds 34 reported offers overall. His primary recruiter at Oregon was co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach Junior Adams. He is the fifth commitment for the Ducks in the 2023 recruiting cycle. In 11 games as a junior, he hauled in 36 receptions for 680 yards and 11 touchdowns, per MaxPreps. Scouting report: Tall, long, and lean with somewhat narrow build but space to add mass. Big catch radius and physical tools to win contested throws. Owns excellent verified athleticism and multi-sport context. Ran several 100-meter times of 11.15 or faster as a sophomore, including a 10.74 and a 10.96. Posted one 11.05 as a junior. Also has tested very well with a verified 4.45 40 and big vertical and broad jump numbers. Displays impressive long speed with run-away top end in the vertical passing game. Sometimes shows easy downfield speed. Generally a hands catcher who can snag throws away from frame, including targets in traffic. Solid production as a junior in first full season of varsity action. Provided big-play punch as evidenced by 11 touchdowns and 18.9 yards per catch. Promising 2021 season, but still more projection than production to this point entering senior campaign. Will need to add mass and strength. Can produce more initial explosion off the line. Projects as a bona fide high-major receiver who should be able to stretch the field in most scenarios. Owns the physical tools and proven athleticism to provide a high developmental ceiling that could possibly lead to all-conference production and eventual NFL Draft consideration. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3)

Committed to: Northwestern 247Sports Composite: 3-star | 0.8654 | No. 634 Overall | No. 53 LB Recruiting summary: A 6-foot-1, 220-pound linebacker out of Royal High School in Brookshire, Texas, Cryer committed to the Wildcats over offers from Arizona State, Arkansas, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Louisiana, Memphis, Nevada, North Texas, San Diego State, SMU, Tulane, Utah State and UTSA, among others. Committed to: Virginia Tech 247Sports Composite: 3-star | 0.8519 | No. 828 Overall | No. 75 ATH Recruiting summary: A 5-foot-9, 165-pound athlete out of Highland Springs High School in Highland Springs, Va., Heath committed to the Hokies over offers from Boston College, Duke, Louisville, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Virginia and West Virginia, among others. He holds 15 reported offers overall. His primary recruiter at Virginia Tech was wide receivers coach Fontel Mines, while cornerbacks coach Derek Jones also assisted in his recruitment. He is the eighth commitment for the Hokies in the 2023 recruiting cycle.

Committed to: Missouri 247Sports Composite (JUCO): N/A Recruiting summary: A 6-foot-2.5, 185-pound cornerback out of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in Perkinston, Miss., Hewitt committed to the Tigers over offers from Iowa State, Mississippi State, Florida Atlantic, Florida International and Texas State, among others. He holds 12 reported offers overall. His primary recruiter at Missouri was defensive coordinator and safeties coach Blake Baker. He is the fourth commitment for the Tigers in the 2023 recruiting cycle. In nine games last season at Holmes Community College, he tallied 18 tackles, one interception and three pass breakups.

Committed to: North Carolina 247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9117 | No. 232 Overall | No. 33 DL Recruiting summary: A 6-foot-5, 310-pound defensive lineman out of Benedictine High School in Richmond, Va., Starlings committed to the Tar Heels over fellow finalists Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. He holds 17 reported offers overall. His primary recruiter at North Carolina was defensive line coach Tim Cross, while assistant head coach for defense Gene Chizik also assisted in his recruitment. He is the third commitment for the Tar Heels in the 2023 recruiting cycle.

Committed to: Mississippi State 247Sports Composite: 3-star | 0.8668 | No. 622 Overall | No. 42 RB Recruiting summary: A 5-foot-7, 170-pound running back out of Katy High School in Katy, Texas, Davis committed to the Bulldogs over fellow finalists California, Missouri, Utah and Vanderbilt. He holds 18 reported offers overall. His primary recruiter at Mississippi State was running backs coach Jason Washington. He is the fourth commitment for the Bulldogs in the 2023 recruiting cycle. In 14 games as a junior, he rushed for 2,422 yards and 28 touchdowns on 230 carries, per MaxPreps. Scouting report: Undersized scatback type who's proven high-volume capability for perennial Texas big-school powerhouse. Runs harder and stronger than verified size (5-7, 169 in Spring 2022) suggests. Dynamic in the hole with excellent first-move juice. Slippery in elusiveness and relative strength. Great at running low and shrinking his target. Shows very good downhill burst and explodes off cuts. Does not gear down much at all when redirecting. More of a slasher than size would suggest but also can string a couple moves together at the second level. Top-end play speed is good, as evidenced by big-play ability against Texas 6A competition. Multi-sport participation adds valuable context. Several 100-meter times in the 11.2 range with one sub-11.00 that was strongly wind-aided. May actually play faster than track times indicate. Outstanding production in counting stats and per carry rate with 9.6 average across 438 rushes in 2020-21. Lack of size and frame length put a cap on physical and developmental upside. Hails from a more traditional, run-oriented scheme with lack of desired pass-catching opportunities. Willing participant in blitz pickup but diminutive build could become a liability vs. Power Five competition in those scenarios. One of the most fun prospects to watch in this 2023 TXHSFB recruiting class. No denying production and "eye test" re: film. Despite physical stature, certainly has a place in today's game and plays with the type of functional athleticism to foster game plan creativity. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks Projection: Power-5 Starter

Committed to: Alabama 247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9760 | No. 54 Overall | No. 8 QB Recruiting summary: A 6-foot-4, 222-pound quarterback out of Zachary High School in Zachary, La., Holstein committed to the Crimson Tide over offers from Florida, LSU, Stanford and Texas A&M, among others. He was previously committed to the Aggies for nearly nine months before reopening his recruitment on March 18. He holds 24 reported offers overall. His primary recruiter at Alabama was defensive coordinator and safeties coach Pete Golding, while offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Bill O’Brien also assisted in his recruitment. He is the fourth commitment for the Crimson Tide in the 2023 recruiting cycle. In 15 games as a junior, he completed 203 of 312 passes (65.1 pct.) for 3,264 yards with 29 touchdowns and six interceptions while rushing for an additional 515 yards and 14 touchdowns on 65 carries, per MaxPreps. Scouting report: Big build with verified growth up to 6-foot-4 from sophomore to junior offseasons. Already was good-sized but appears to have hit a spurt. Excellent combine testing athleticism proven multiple times over two offseasons. Very good combine speed and lateral agility with exceptionally high testing score (133+ SPARQ at Elite 11 Las Vegas in May 2022). Effective in the short-to-intermediate passing game thanks to plus velocity. Shows window-fitting ability in those situations. Typically accurate and consistent to those levels. Improved runner as a junior with noticeably better functional athleticism as a scrambler. Not a dancer in a play-extending sense, but climbs the pocket very well and shows some straight-line burst when deciding to tuck and run. Athletic enough to keep defenses honest and get a designed run here and there. Displays requisite arm strength with field-stretching ability of 50-plus yards. Very good production as a junior with encouraging INT rate (one every 52+ throws). Extremely high arm strength / velocity capacities, but could be still growing into larger frame. Often loads up to unleash deep balls. Sometimes uses a big wind-up and can quicken delivery in general. Field athleticism does not always reflect elite testing data. Now two inches taller with continued outstanding combine performance, may have flipped the script on floor vs. ceiling discussion. Possesses high-upside tools / data points and still developing technical acumen. Projects as a high-major QB prospect who could become a multi-year starter with NFL Draft potential. – 247Sports Midlands Region Recruiting Analyst Gabe Brooks

Scouting report: Elite athlete with frame to play slot receiver but has to add mass and strength. Also high-level basketball player with Power 5 offers. Averaged 19 points per game in two varsity season. Plays mostly quarterback in high school and is wildly productive running the ball. Rushed and threw for more than 1,000 yards and had combined 34 touchdowns. Played receiver and had 42 catches during first two seasons. High level stop-start ability with excellent body control and acceleration translates well to yards after catch. Creative runner in open field with vision. Has mindset of can score from anywhere on field. Gets off line well and into route. Shows strong ball skills and willingness to catch the ball in traffic. Instinctual and aggressive in going after ball. Impact special teams player. Needs to add mass throughout his frame. Will have to fine-tune route running skills. Needs to be sharper into and out of breaks. Sometimes rounds routes. Could be impact receiver for Top 10 program. Mid-round NFL draft potential. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Brian Dohn NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3) Player comparison: Jahan Dotson | WR | Washington Commanders

In 12 games as a junior, he rushed for 1,549 yards and 20 touchdowns on 209 carries and added 369 receiving yards and four scores on offense to go along with one kickoff return touchdown on special teams. Scouting report: Limar had the highest Sparq rating at the Portland Stack Showcase in fall of 2020. He is well built with good wiggle and shiftiness, with a frame that should add some more weight. He does a good job anticipating his linemen clearing the way, being decisive in his hole selection, putting his foot in the ground and getting up field. Limar sees the field extremely well, runs with good balance and can get yards after contact. He does a good job of churning out some tough yards. Can continue to get stronger, with his speed already there. – 247Sports National Recruiting Editor Brandon Huffman Projection: Power-5 Starter
