Lexus is unquestionably the luxury arm of Toyota. Yet, it offers more than just luxurious vehicles, since dynamic sporty Lexus models have been included in its lineup. In fact, for the 2022 model year, Lexus is again offering its V8-powered RC F sporty coupe, along with the much lighter, track-ready RC F Fuji Speedway Edition.

The Lexus RC F is arriving for the 2022 model year still with no turbochargers clinging to its naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine. With 472 hp of max output and 395 lb-ft of peak torque (at 4,800 rpm) on tap, the RC F is able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in just 4.2 seconds to a top speed of 168 mph. Power is sent to the rear wheels via eight-speed Sport Direct-Shift transmission.

To lower the coupe's center of gravity and enhance handling precision, Lexus integrated key aerodynamic parts to the corner, above and below the RC F’s sculpted body. Supporting its high level of performance are F-tuned Adaptive Variable Suspension, redesigned 19-inch wheels shod with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires, and Brembo brakes.

Featuring exclusive F-badged sport seats, the cockpit comes with 10.3-inch, split-screen multimedia display and can fitted with the optional 17-speaker, 835-watt Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound Audio System.

Paying tribute to the track considered as birthplace of the Lexus F, the RC F Fuji Speedway Edition comes with master-crafted upgrades designed to push the performance envelope. Weight is shaved wherever through extensive use of carbon fiber parts, Brembo Carbon Ceramic brakes and a titanium exhaust. Thanks to all these enhancements, the RC F Fuji Speedway Edition can sprint from nil to 60 mph quicker than the base RC F at 3.96 seconds. It might also be quick to sold, since only 50 examples will be built.
